Olmsted Hall - Biology

"Friends" star Lisa Kudrow, class of 1985, spent a lot of time in the Olmsted when she was at Vassar. Kudrow was a biology major who understood that, at Vassar, no matter "what classes you take or what your major is, you're learning skills that you can take with you into the rest of your life." Olmsted houses a number of specialized facilities including a confocal microscope, a scanning electron microscope, and labs for tissue culture and cell and molecular biology.
