MOVING IN: At the end of every August, Vassar students turn into a giant moving crew to help first-year students get situated in their new dorm rooms. After all the boxes are unpacked, Vassar’s newest residents meet with student fellows and participate in orientation activities and events, which consist of everything from practicing slam poetry to learning how to juggle.
