Annual Bus Trip

The Office of Admission at Vassar College cordially invites you to participate in our annual Bus Trip program. This overnight program will allow you to get a closer look at Vassar.

The Program

You will arrive on campus around 10:30am on Sunday, November 15th. The program will conclude and buses will leave Vassar at 1:30pm on Monday, November 16th. During the program, you will meet with faculty and administration, visit a class, and participate in student-run events. To ensure you get an inside view of Vassar, we will arrange for you to spend Sunday night with a current student in one of the dormitories.

Transportation

We will provide a bus to pick up students from a designated stop in New York City. Vassar representatives will accompany you on the buses as you travel to Vassar College.

Cost

There are no registration costs. Vassar will provide all transportation, housing and meals free of charge.

Registration

The program is primarily intended for Asian, African American/Black, Latina/o, and Native American high school juniors and seniors who are in an academic program that consists mainly of college preparatory courses. Preference will be given to seniors.

We will notify you by October 26, 2009 as to whether or not we will be able to accommodate you for the Fall 2009 BusTrip.
